Built diner + kitchen runtime surfaces with explicit route/UI/domain boundaries, offline behavior, and backend-ready repository seams for future Supabase integration.
Client Context
Restaurant operations required one cohesive product for diner ordering and kitchen execution under high-volume, low-latency service conditions.
Execution
Implemented modular App Router surfaces, hybrid KDS keyboard/touch controls, event-driven cross-surface sync (`BroadcastChannel` + storage events), and repository contracts for menu/session/order.
Outcome
Shipped a resilient PWA with architecture/documentation guards and layered quality gates, including 98 unit/component tests and 3 smoke E2E scenarios in CI.
